TAX EXEMPTION CHANGE *NEW IN 2026:
The state of Indiana now requires all tax exempt groups to file for tax reimbursement through the state. You must have an NP-1 tax exempt form and your receipt from the hotel after check-out to file. CLICK HERE TO FILE
The IHSAA/IBCA Boys Showcase has partnered with Stay, Play, Made Simple to negotiate special rates and block large groups of rooms for this event. In order to receive these special rates, you must book your accommodations through the housing website.
- Submit one request for your entire group.
- An event manager will contact you within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) to assist with your group accommodations.
