  • Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
  • Job Type: Part-Time Position
  • Reports to: Event Manager/CEO
  • Salary: Based on Experience

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will work with our team to coordinate all aspects of customer service for travelling guests attending client events. The Customer Service Specialist will handle the calls and emails from guests and will communicate replies that meet and align with our Company’s mission and goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls/emails in a timely manner.
  • Identifying customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers and hotel partners and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our CRM/Reservation system database in a comprehensible way.
  • Assist with meeting team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Support Event Manager with projects and assist other team members as necessary.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem resolution skills.
  • Friendly, professional and confident demeanor on the telephone and in person.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel and Word).
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in a customer service role in the hospitality industry preferred but not required.
